RAW Banana Curry:
2-3 Bananas (sliced)
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup raisins
2 mandarin oranges (segmented)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup wild rice or forbidden 'black' rice (soaked for 3 days) or cooked
Served w/ cashew Curry Dressing
Cashew Curry Dressing:
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup water
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 leek or onion
*curry, turmeric, tamari, and lemon juice, to taste.
